Tata Motors is one of India’s leading car manufacturer. Tata last year launched, their first ever premium hatchback Altroz in the market. Like many other Tata car, the Altroz also became popular among buyers for its build quality. It is currently the only car in the premium hatchback segment to get a 5 star rating in Global NCAP crash test. Tata Altroz is without any doubt a good looking hatchback in the segment. Many buyers have even modified the car for their liking and we have featured some of them on our website. Here we have one such modified Altroz from KitUp which looks sporty.
The images have been shared by KitUp Automotive on their Facebook page. The Altroz modified or customised by KitUp looks sportier than any Altroz that we have seen so far. The post does not share the original paint of the car. In order to achieve the look, the whole car has been wrapped in a matte black finish. The black wrap has Red colour graphics which adds to the sporty look. The wrap completely changed the overall look of the car.

The whole car gets Black and Red dual tone theme to it. Starting with the front, the Tata logo on the front grille was wrapped in Red vinyl and the lower chrome garnish that runs across the front from one headlamp to other is all wrapped in Black. All the chrome elements on this hatchback were completely deleted. The ORVMs are finished in black and the gloss black comet line on the side profile goes well with the car as well.
This looks like a higher variant of Altroz as it comes with projector headlamps and LED DRLs. The higher models come with dual tone alloy wheels but, that has been replaced in this car. The original alloy wheel on this Tata Altroz have been replaced with an all-black multi-spoke aftermarket unit.
The Tata logo and Altroz badging on the car has been wrapped in Red colour. We are not sure whether any customisations were done to the cabin of this car. Tata Altroz is a premium hatchback and it is offered with decent number of features. The higher variant of the car gets features like a floating type touchscreen infotainment system, multi-function steering wheel, semi-digital instrument cluster, cruise control, automatic climate control and so on.
The car is available with both petrol and diesel engine option. The petrol version is powered by a 1.2 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 86 Ps and 113 Nm of peak torque. The diesel version of the SUV comes with a 1.5 litre turbocharged diesel engine. This engine generates 90 Ps and 200 Nm of peak torque. Tata also launched a turbo petrol varaint of Altroz earlier this year. It is known as the iTurbo variant. This version is powered by a 1.2 litre, turbo petrol engine that generates 110 Ps and 140 Nm of peak torque. All these engine options are available with a manual gearbox. None of these engine options are available with an automatic transmission so far.
