Former Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, known for his exceptional cricketing skills and passion for automobiles, was recently spotted arriving at his mansion in Ranchi in style. A small video uploaded on YouTube showcased Dhoni behind the wheel of his brand-new Kia EV6 Electric Crossover SUV. Prior to this sighting Dhoni was also spotted driving the EV6 before with his CSK teammates Ruturaj Gaekwad and Kedar Jadhav.

In the newest short video captured by I C – Kiran Wagh, Mahendra Singh Dhoni was seen arriving at the main gate of his mansion in Ranchi, where he currently resides. The ace cricketer was behind the wheel of the eye-catching Kia EV6 Electric Crossover, which has quickly become one of the many prized possessions of his impressive automobile collection. The grey-colored EV6, with its sleek and futuristic design, looked striking as Dhoni smoothly navigated the electric crossover into his driveway.

For those unaware, Kia EV6 is the flagship all-electric crossover offered by the renowned South Korean automaker, Kia, in the Indian market. Launched in 2022, it marks Kia’s entry into the electric vehicle segment in the country. The EV6 is powered by a single 77.4 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, providing an astonishing driving range of 708 km on the ARAI cycle. The battery pack supports ultra-fast charging, enabling an additional 100 km of range in just 4.5 minutes when using a 350 kW DC fast charger.

Kia offers the EV6 in two different variants, with prices starting from Rs 59.95 lakh. The base variant features a two-wheel-drive configuration with a front-mounted single motor, generating 229 bhp of maximum power and 350 Nm of maximum torque. For those seeking more performance, the premium all-wheel-drive version comes with two electric motors, one on each front and rear axle, providing a combined power and torque output of 325 bhp and 605 Nm, respectively. This enables the EV6 to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.5 seconds, making it an exhilarating electric crossover to drive.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s passion for automobiles extends beyond his recent addition of the Kia EV6. The garage also boasts a Pontiac Trans-Am, another classic muscle car, and a Pontiac Firebird TransAm, featuring a powerful 455 big-block V8 engine that drives the rear wheels.

Vintage bikes like the Yamaha RD350 and Royal Enfield Bullet are also cherished pieces in his collection.
