Maruti today launched the face-lifted Ritz starting at Rs. 5.31 lakh for the base LDi variant and Rs.6.23 lakh for the ZDi variant which was earlier not available. The VDi variant is priced at Rs 5.64 lack and the VDi ABS at Rs 5.82 lakh.

The new Ritz comes with a new front bumper, new grille and redesigned fog lamp housing. At the rear it gets a rear spoiler, along with body moulding for the sides. It also comes in 3 new colours, namely; Mystique Red, Granite Grey & Breeze Blue. Also read: Face lifted Maruti Suzuki Ritz spotted without camouflage!
On the inside the Ritz the new Ritz has dual tone red interiors, airbags, alloy wheels and steering mounted audio controls (on the top end ZDi variant). It also gets lumbar support for the rear seats, a MID (Multi-Information-Display), a new music system with USB, day-night rear view mirror and electrically adjustable ORVMs. The new Ritz has been launched only in diesel and its delivers 23.20 kmpl (ARAI).
The Ritz was always a good option for buyers and the face-lifted Ritz with its improved mileage figure may attract a lot more buyers. The Petrol variant of the Ritz sadly will continue to sell in its present avatar and may receive a facelift later along with a new engine.
