Fiat recently unveiled the 2012 Punto. The new Punto starts at Rs. 4.81 lakh for the base variant which up by Rs.50,000 – from the earlier Rs. 4.31 lakh price tag.
We at CarToq.com drove a bright red 2012 Punto and here’s a video review of the car. What has changed in the Punto is primarily its ground clearance which is now up to an impressive 195 mm on the top trim variant.
The Punto also gets a new color called ‘Oceanic Blue’. Other changes like dual tone interiors and a more powerful air conditioning system too have found their way into the new Punto. Furthermore features like music system, central locking, rear parcel shelf, power steering with tilt adjust are all now standard kit for the Punto across variants.
Prices for the Punto petrol variants have been increased by roughly Rs. 50,000 variant by variant while prices of the Punto diesel variants have been increased by roughly Rs.37,000.
