New year discounts of upto Rs. 1 lakh on hatchbacks; Maruti Swift to Hyundai Elite i20

Starting with 2017, every manufacturer has revised the prices of the vehicles. However, there are a few dealerships who are left with the Make Year 2017 vehicles and are offering heavy discounts on them to clear the stock. We bring you ten best-discounted hatchbacks. All the discounts mentioned are only applicable to the MY17 cars and are subject to availability at the dealerships.

Hyundai Grand i10 AVN

Discount up to Rs. 1 lakh

 

Hyundai launched the facelifted version of the Grand i10 last year. The top end version of the vehicle is available at a discount of Rs. 1 lakh on the diesel model and Rs. 90,000 on the petrol model. There is Rs. 65,000 cash discount, Rs. 35,000 exchange bonus on the diesel version plus corporate discounts. The petrol version gets an exchange bonus of Rs. 25,000.

Volkswagen Polo

Discount up to Rs. 70,000

The most affordable car from Volkswagen is available at a discount of up to Rs. 70,000. The discount is applicable to both the petrol and diesel versions but on the top-end versions. Volkswagen is offering up to Rs. 50,000 cash discount plus Rs. 10,000 exchange bonus. There is an extra corporate discount too.

Maruti WagonR

Discount up to Rs. 70,000

The Maruti Suzuki WagonR is quite popular in the market. The AMT version of the hatchback is available at a steep discount of Rs. 70,000. There is Rs. 35,000 cash discount plus Rs. 30,000 exchange bonus. Maruti is also offering corporate discounts on the vehicle.

Hyundai Eon

Discount up to Rs. 65,000

The most affordable vehicle from Hyundai is currently at a discount of up to Rs. 65,000. The discount is applicable only on the top end version of the vehicle while the lower variants get lower discounts. There is a cash discount of up to Rs. 50,000 plus Rs. 10,000 exchange bonus. Hyundai is offering Rs. 50,000 cash discount on the vehicle and Rs. 10,000 exchange bonus. The discount is available in the top end AVN version of the vehicle and lower versions of the car get lower discounts.

Maruti Ignis

The Ignis was launched last year and the unconventional design of the vehicle makes it popular among the youths. Only the diesel version of the Ignis is on discount and is available with Rs. 63,000 benefits. There is a cash discount of Rs. 40,000 plus Rs. 20,000 exchange bonus. Corporate discount is also applicable.

Maruti Celerio

Maruti discontinued the diesel variant of the vehicle. The petrol variant of the car is available at a discount of Rs. 60,000. The discount is only applicable on the AMT variant of the vehicle. The manual versions offer no discounts.

Honda Jazz

The premium hatchback from Honda is available at a discount of Rs. 57,000. Honda is offering free first-year insurance with the Jazz with an additional Rs. 30,000 cash discount. The discount is only applicable to the top version of the vehicle. The lower variants of the car offer lower offers.

Maruti Swift

The Maruti Suzuki Swift is very popular in India. The mid-size hatchback will soon be replaced with an all-new version. Maruti is currently offering up to Rs. 55,000 discount on the diesel version of the vehicle. There is Rs. 30,000 cash discount plus Rs. 20,000 exchange bonus.
