The pictures have been shared by Autocar India on their website and from the images it is very clear that the car does not have any camouflage on it. That is mainly because, this version has already been unveiled for the international market and the car is likely to remain the same except for couple of changes. Skoda had not updated the current generation Octavia to meet the BS6 norms as they are planning to launch this new version in the market.

The all-new Skoda Octavia is expected to be launched in our market, early next year. The upcoming car is different from the current version. It has sleeker looking LED headlamps with DRLs and LED fog lamps. It also gets a single tone alloy wheel which give it a premium look. Coming to the rear, it has a sloping roof design that smoothly joins the boot of the car. The car even has split LED tail lamps and revised bumper. The signature Skoda elements like butterfly grille  is retained in the next gen Octavia as well.

The next gen Octavia is based on MQB platform and is now longer and wider than the older version. It now follows a much more simple design language with sharper looking character lines. On the inside, it is expected to get a dual tone interior with all the premium features like a touchscreen infotainment screen, virtual cockpit, HUD, tri-zone climate control, connected car feature, wireless phone charging and so on.

With all these updates the Skoda Octavia is likely to be priced somewhere in Rs 18 lakh – Rs 22 lakh range.
