Nissan India has named Guillaume Sicard as president of Nissan India. He takes over from Kenichiro Yomura. He takes over from October 1. He has been the deputy president of Nissan India since July 2014.
Sicard will report to Takashi Hata, Senior Vice President in charge of Africa, Middle East and India for Nissan Motor Co. Sicard will be responsible for Nissan’s operations in India and will lead the business development for the Nissan and Datsun brands in the country. Nissan will soon appoint a new managing director who will report to Sicard in India.
Kenichiro Yomura will return to Japan as General Manager, Africa Business Management Department, Nissan Motor Co.
