Superstar of southern India – Jr NTR recently bought the Lamborghini Urus performance SUV. Now, new reports suggest that the actor has now paid Rs 17 lakh for a special registration number for the Urus. Jr NTR chose the special 9999 registration number for the car.
Since these special numbers are auctioned by RTO, the registration number fetched Rs 17 lakh. The transport office also held a function to facilitate Jr NTR where they announced that the actor paid so much for the registration of his Lamborghini Urus.

Jr NTR likes to stick with the “9999” registration and his BMW 7-Series also gets the same number. The Lamborghini Urus owned by the Jr NTR is special because it is the Capsule Edition with a special paint scheme. It is the second only such car in India after Ranveer Singh’s Urus.
Junior NTR got the second capsule edition
Junior NTR got the Lamborghini Urus Graphite Capsule Edition just two days after its launch in the Indian market. The special edition Urus offers Nero Noctis Matte with highlights of Arancio Argos. The colour combination makes it stand out on the roads, where even the Urus is becoming a common spotting.
Interestingly, the Lamborghini Urus is the brand’s fastest-selling model in the Indian market. In fact, the modern-generation SUV has become so popular that it has become one of the fastest-selling models around the world from the Italian performance car maker.
The Urus Graphite Capsule Edition gets a few visual upgrades compared to the standard model. The upgrades include a gloss black finish on the bumper, body skirts, ORVMs, wheel cladding and the roof. The quad exhaust tips get a texture of brushed silver replacing the matte black ones on the standard version. The Graphite Capsule Edition also gets massive 22-inch wheels with body-coloured brake callipers. The standard version comes with 21-inch alloy wheels.
The Lamborghini Urus is extremely powerful and gets a 4.0-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine. It develops a maximum power of 650 PS and a peak torque of 850 Nm. It gets an AWD system and an 8-speed automatic transmission. The Urus can do 0-100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds and can reach a restricted top speed of 305 km/h.
The Lamborghini Urus is the first modern-day SUV from the brand it has gained massive popularity around the world. In India, it has become the quickest selling Lamborghini ever and the brand has delivered more than 100 units of the high-performance SUV in the country.
