Showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo, the Renault Duster facelift comes with some cosmetic and mechanical updates. The vehicle is likely to go on sale next month, reveals a report by IndianAutosBlog.
A total of 32 changes have been made to the Duster. On the styling front, the Duster facelift get an updated front-end with a new-look radiator grille, head-, fog- and LED taillamps. The Cayenne Orange paint on the showcar was new, and so was the alloy wheel design. The rear-view mirror will now be power-folding. On the inside – the interior was never the Duster’s strong point – the facelift gets a updated design, both for centre-console and upholstery.
While the engine remains the same 1.5-liter diesel unit, Renault is said to have improved the refinements of this one. The top-spec version still makes 110 PS will also be available with an optional 6-speed automated manual gearbox (Easy-R in Renault speak).
The report also states that media activities (first drives) and the price announcement will happen next month.
