With the monsoon rains starting to cover almost all of India, it is imperative to take care of the vehicles. Renault India announced a special initiative that will allow customers to get their vehicle checked before monsoon reaches a high point. The “Renault Monsoon Camp” will start from 19th June and will continue till 25th June 2017.
The camp will give offer Renault owners a complimentary check-up of their vehicles that will ensure optimal performance of the vehicle during the heavy rains. The company will also offer a discount of 15% on selected parts and accessories during the camp. Other value added services like towing and road assistance plans will be offered on discount too.
During the camp, the automaker will provide a discount on labour charges. Renault is also offering discounts on Renault Secure that covers Extended Warranty and Road Side Assistance. Other plans like insurance renewal, offers on tyres are also being offered. Renault will provide complimentary top wash to all the cars that will come to the camp for a check-up.
Renault is pursuing an aggressive growth strategy in India and entering new businesses in the automotive space, to best serve the discerning Indian customers. While expanding the product portfolio will be important as part of its long-term commitment to India, Renault aims to increase its network reach to 320 outlets pan-India by the end of 2017 to make its products and services more accessible to the customers across the country. These efforts are further accentuated by a clear strategy to enhance the customer brand experience, with unique and pioneering customer oriented activities and several innovative marketing initiatives, especially in Tier 1 & 2 markets to ensure that customers’ have an unparalleled experience with the Renault brand.
Other car manufacturers are also expected to launch similar campaigns before the monsoon engulfs the whole country with heavy rain.
