The Pulse has been badge-engineered from Micra. Hence, the overall design of the Pulse is same as the Micra. The Pulse can be termed as a more masculine version of the cute Micra. The aggressive front design consists of the prominent hexagonal grille and angular headlamps clearly differentiating itself from the Micra. The side profile remains the same and at the rear, the refreshed tail lamp cluster looks better than the one in the Micra. The interiors of the Pulse mimic that of the Micra except for the Renault badge on the steering wheel. Fit and finish is good and at par with most rivals.
Let’s take a quick look at how the Pulse’ prices stack up against two key competitors; the Nissan Micra and the Maruti Suzuki Swift.
