Royal Enfield is world’s oldest motorcycle and one of their widely popular model among customers is the Classic 350 model. The manufacture had recently introduced two new colour options – Metallo Silver and Orange Ember for the motorcycle. Royal Enfield Classic 350 is a cruiser bike that is competing with the likes of Jawa 300, Jawa 42, Honda CB350 H’Ness and even its own sibling, Meteor 350. The newly introduced colour options are meant to attract young buyers in this competitive segment. Just like it has on the 650 twins and recently launched Meteor 350, Royal Enfield has started offering personalisation options with Royal Enfield Classic 350 as well. Let’s take a closer look at these newly introduced colour options through these images.

We’ll start with the Metallo Silver first. Design wise, the motorcycle remains the same. It has still got the charm of a retro motorcycle. The main change from regular Classic 350 is definitely the new silver colour and two vertical stipes on the fuel tank. This new design on the fuel tank does remind us of Triumph Street twin motorcycle.

Apart from that, the Metallo silver version of Classic 350 motorcycle gets a chrome finish on the engine area. This looks good and goes well with the overall retro theme of the motorcycle. Apart from the fuel tank, all the other panels on the motorcycle are painted in black.

The motorcycle gets chrome finished exhaust and the spoke wheels are also replaced with black multi-spoke alloy wheels. Even the wheels get red strip that goes well with the overall look of the bike.

Next colour option available is the Orange Ember. The Metallo silver had chrome highlights at places and this colour is the exact opposite of that. It has minimum chrome elements on it. Those elements have either been removed or blacked out. Starting with the design, nothing has change on the motorcycle.

Unlike Metallo Silver finish, Orange Ember version has a dual tone colour. A portion of the fuel tank is painted in orange and the rest of the part gets black colour. The Royal Enfield brand name is written in orange finish with black background. The head, forks and even the alloy wheels are painted in black.

Moving to the rear, the colour scheme changes and the rear mudguard, side panels all get the orange treatment. The colour actually looks very elegant and this type of treatment was never seen on Royal Enfield motorcycles before.

The engine area of the Orange Ember version gets an all black treatment. As mentioned above, all the chrome elements on the bike are either removed or completely blacked out. The same applies for the exhaust as well. This version of  Classic 350 gets black exhaust pipes. Even the rear view mirrors get black treatment.

Both motorcycles look great and are meant to cater the needs of two different types of riders. Metallo Silver is for the one who want retro look with all the chrome and the Orange Ember is for those who want their motorcycle to stand out from regular Classic 350s. Both motorcycle now available with single seat setup.

Price for Royal Enfield Classic 350 Metallo Silver and Orange Ember is Rs 1.83 lakh, ex-showroom. Apart from these cosmetic changes no other changes are done to the motorcycle. It is still powered by the same 346-cc, single cylinder, fuel injected, air-cooled engine that generates 19.1 Ps and 28 Nm of peak torque. The engine is now BS6 compliant and it also gets Dual channel ABS as standard.
