After introducing the all-new Celerio to the Indian market, Maruti Suzuki has big plans for the Indian market next year. The manufacturer is planning to bring a slew of all-new cars and the second-generation Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is one of them. Before the arrival of the all-new Vitara Brezza next year, leaked pictures show what the production version looks like.
The all-new Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza has been spotted testing on the Indian roads. However, the test mule does not reveal much about the design. The new pictures by Extreme Media show Maruti Suzuki will do some major changes to the car.

First of all, the pictures reveal a new design of the car. The all-new Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza will come with a redesigned front grille, which now gets black treatment and a chrome strip. The headlamp units are also brand-new and are designed in a way that they look like an extension of the grille. There are new DRLs that add a unique identity to the sub-4m compact SUV as well.
The rear gets split tail lamps, which does look very premium and modern. The Brezza moniker sits right in the middle of the tailgate. The pictures also indicate the new Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza will come with body cladding on the wheel arches while the alloy wheels also seem to get a new design.
Revised cabin
The pictures do not give a clear view of the cabin. However, since it is in an all-new car based on a new platform, we will get to see a completely new cabin as well. The new Vitara Brezza is likely to offer a new-age dashboard design with an updated features list. Maruti Suzuki may design the cabin interior with a premium feel and upholstery.
The leaked pictures show a freestanding infotainment cluster in the middle of the dashboard. While the instrument cluster is partially visible and gets an analogue dial. This might not be the final production version cabin though.
New platform but the same engine
Maruti Suzuki will continue to use the same 1.5-litre K15B petrol engine with the new car as well. The engine generates a maximum power of 104 PS and a peak torque of 138 Nm. The engine will remain paired to a five-speed manual or a four-speed torque converter unit. Maruti Suzuki will use the HEARTECT platform with the all-new Brezza, which will also reduce the weight of the car. This will increase the fuel efficiency of the vehicle as well.
The all-new Maruti Suzuki Brezza will take on the likes of Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Toyota Urban Cruiser and more such vehicles.
