Skoda has unveiled the all-new Kushaq in the Indian market today. It is the first vehicle to be made on the India-specific MQB-A0-IN platform. Skoda is yet to announce details like the variants, price, launch date but the Kushaq will take on the likes of Hyundai Creta in the Indian market. Skoda has also not revealed the detailed feature list of the car. However, we have got a few pictures of the all-new car from the Czech manufacturer.
Skoda Kushaq is a mid-size SUV. Skoda claims it to be the perfect vehicle for the Indian road conditions. Since it is made specifically for India, the dimensions are not too big and too small. It is similar to the Hyundai Creta.

It gets a split LED tail lamp that looks quite interesting. The Kushaq also gets a shark-fin antenna for the radio.
Skoda will not offer a panoramic sunroof like the Creta or the Harrier but the Kushaq will come with a big sunroof.
There are roof rails too. However, we are not sure if they are only for show or they are functional.
The tailpipes are not visible in the new Skoda Kushaq and it gets a silver skid plate
Skoda will offer two engine options with the all-new Kushaq.. There is a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol. Both the engine options will offer a manual and an automatic. The more powerful engine will get the DQ200 DSG dual-clutch automatic.
The Skoda Kushaq offers a plush cabin. It gets a freestanding 10-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Carplay. The instrument cluster is not fully digital. Instead, it is a combination of digital and analogue.
The Kushaq offers ventilated front seats. It will be quite useful in a country like India where the weather remains hot and dry most of the time.
The rear seats get a good amount of space. But we see a transmission tunnel going through that can hamper the comfort of the middle passenger.
There are separate charging points for the passengers in the rear. Also, there are rear AC vents. However, you cannot set the temperature or change the air flow.
The dashboard gets an edgy design
