Force Gurkha
The Force Gurkha is one of the most underrated SUVs in the Indian market. The Gurkha is extremely capable and has done some serious off-roading. Here is a Force Gurkha that can be seen climbing up a steep staircase without a problem. It is in the stock condition and the video shows it climbing the stairs like a champion without any hiccups. This is the older Force Gurkha and video is from 2013. The Gurkha came powered by a 2.6-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine that produces a maximum power of 85 Bhp and peak torque of 230 Nm. It also gets a low-ratio transfer case that ensures that the Gurkha can come out of extremely sticky situations like slush and mud without much problem.
Mitsubishi Pajero
Due to the popularity of the Toyota Fortuner in the Indian market, the Mitsubishi Pajero never gained popularity high popularity in the Indian market. However, it is an extremely capable SUV that can do wonders on the off-roading track. The Pajero SFX, which is the model seen in the video also looks extremely butch on the roads. Toyota Fortuner

Toyota Fortuner is about to complete a decade of its existence in India. The full-size SUV has been the best-seller in the Indian market for a long time now and still is the best selling vehicle in the segment. Here is a new-generation Fortuner showing off its skills on the stairs. The Fortuner is available with both petrol and diesel engine options but the vehicle seen here is powered by the diesel engine. It gets the 2.8-litre diesel engine that produces a maximum of 164 Bhp and 245 Nm. The SUV also gets a 4X4 system with a low-ratio transfer case. The 29-degree approach angle and 25-degree departure angle makes the Fortuner do such challenging obstacles.
Mahindra MM540
The Mahindra MM540 is the predecessor of the Thar and is a quite capable vehicle. It can be seen in this video climbing up the stairs without a problem. The SUV can be seen ascending the flight of stairs without any problem.
