Tata Harrier with aftermarket sunroof & front parking sensors on video

Tata Harrier is one of the cool looking mid-size SUV in the segment. It has been a game changer for Tata Motors as it received an overwhelming response from the customers. It competes with the likes of Mahindra XUV500, Jeep Compass, Kia Seltos etc. Tata Harrier’s design is based on Impact 2.0 design philosophy. Harrier looks big and has road presence which makes it more appealing to Indians. People have also started modifying their Harrier to make it look more sporty. Here we have a Harrier which gets Tata’s official accessories in it.

The video has been uploaded by Musafir Aka Joshi on his Youtube channel. All the accessories fitted on this Harrier are part of Tata’s official accessory range that Tata calls as Pro kit. The variant used in the video is XT trim. Pro package is basically a range of accessory package that is available at Tata Motors dealership across India.

As part of this package the Harrier has got accessories like front parking sensors, Harrier mascot or badging on the bonnet and a chrome strip on the front grille. Apart from that no major modifications can be seen. Profile of the car remains untouched and is left clean. Coming to the rear of the car it gets a chrome garnish which goes around the exhaust.

Coming inside the car gets an application based ambient lighting system, a wireless mobile charger plus holder, Tyre pressure monitoring system and an automatic sunroof. The sunroof installed is from Webasto and comes with two year warranty. This package also comes with sunshades for all the windows. The owner of this also shares the price of this package. The whole package had costed him around Rs 1.10 lakh.

The Tata Harrier is powered by the 2.0-litre KRYOTEC engine, which has is sourced from Fiat and is the same workhorse that powers the Jeep Compass and the MG Hector. This engine in Harrier churns out a maximum power of 138 Bhp along with a 350 Nm of peak torque. Tata is also working on a seven seater version of the Harrier and they have recently revealed the name. The Big brother of Harrier will be known as Gravitas and is expecte to go on sale next year.
