Tata Motors is one of the leading car manufacturer in India. They have variety of models in their line up. Build quality and competitive pricing is the reason behind the popularity of Tata products. Festive season is approaching and car makers are preparing themselves for the same. While manufacturers like Maruti, Mahindra have new products in the form of Grand Vitara and Scorpio N, Tata recently launched #JET edition for their SUVs and EV. Now, Tata Motors has come up with a new TVC to welcome the festive season in India.
The video has been shared by Tata Motors on their YouTube channel. This video is dedicated to Durga Puja which marks the beginning of festive season in India. As Durga Puja is notably celebrated in the state of West Bengal, the theme of the TVC is also like that. It has a Bengali theme song, probably to connect with audience from that part of the country. Tata Motors is concentrating on regional languages to create an interest anong buyers. In this particular TV commercial, Tata Motors is shwing all the cars in their line up. It also highlights a feature from each of their vehicles.

For example, the video shows large boot space in Tata Harrier, electric sunroof in Tata Nexon and many more. Tata has featured almost all their cars in this TVC. The video shows Tata Tiago which is their entry level hatchback, Tata Punch, Tata Nexon, Tata Harrier in it. All these models are quite popular among buyers in Indian market. It also shows Tata Altroz which is the first premium hatchback ever launched by Tata. It is one of the safest car in its segment and comes with two petrol and one diesel engine options. There is a naturally aspirated 1.2 litre petrol engine which comes with manual and a DCT gearbox. The next petrol engine is a 1.2 litre turbocharged unit and there is a 1.5 litre turbo diesel on offer.
The Tiago is available with a petrol engine only. It comes with a 5-speed manual and an AMT gearbox. Tigor which is a compact sedan from Tata and Punch- the micro SUV or entry level SUV from Tata also gets the same petrol engine. Tata Nexon comes with a 1.2 litre turbo petrol and a 1.5 litre turbo diesel engine option. Both petrol and diesel engines are available with manual and an AMT gearbox option.
As we move up the line up, there are SUVs like Tata Harrier and Safari. Both these SUVs are available with diesel engine options only. Both the SUVs are powered by a 2.0 litre turbocharged diesel engine that are sourced from Fiat. The engine generates 170 Ps and 350 Nm of peak torque. Both the SUV come with a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission option. Other than ICE vehicle, Tata Motors also offers electric SUVs like Tata Nexon EV Prime and Nexon EV Max. Electric version of Tigor is also available in the market. Tata also announced that an electric version of Tiago would also be launched in the market in future.
