The newest spy pics once again show the forthcoming model covered in full body camouflage, but this time we can easily note the design changes that the new model will feature once launched. Building on the success of its predecessor, the facelifted Tata Nexon boasts a sharper and more aggressive look. Inspired by the Tata Curvv coupe SUV unveiled at the 2023 Auto Expo, the new Nexon will feature the brand’s signature split LED headlights and DRL design at the front.

A revised front bumper enhances its overall aesthetics. While the side profile remains largely unchanged, attention is drawn to the updated alloy wheels. At the rear, the Nexon facelift flaunts sleeker LED taillamps connected by an LED strip, exuding a sportier appeal. The rear bumper has also been tweaked to create a sharper and more aggressive look.

Inside the cabin, the Nexon facelift promises a revamped experience. A brand-new dashboard layout greets the occupants, accompanied by new upholstery that enhances the overall ambiance. The highlight of the interior is likely to be the larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, previously seen in the upgraded Harrier and Safari models. Additionally, the facelifted Nexon is expected to offer a new TFT instrument console and advanced driver-assistance features (ADAS) in top-spec models. The steering wheel design takes inspiration from the Tata Curvv, sporting a striking dual-spoke pattern.

While concrete details about the drivetrain are yet to be revealed, speculation suggests that the Nexon facelift could introduce a new 1.2-liter three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. This engine, showcased at the Auto Expo 2023, boasts a maximum power output of 125 bhp and 225 Nm of torque, surpassing the performance figures of the current engine. Alongside a 6-speed manual transmission, the new petrol engine might also be paired with a 6-speed DCT (Dual-Clutch Transmission). In addition, the existing 1.5-liter 110 horsepower diesel engine will continue to be available, ensuring a wide range of powerplant options for potential buyers.
