Tata Motors recently launched the updated BS6 version of their popular compact SUV Nexon in the market. It is popular among buyers because of safety aspect and the features it offers. Tata Nexon is one of the safest car in India that has a 5 star safety rating in the Global NCAP crash test. People have already started buying the BS6 Nexon and the accessories for the facelifted Nexon has also started arriving in the market. Here is a video that shows what all accessories are available with the new 2020 facelifted Tata Nexon SUV.

Car used in the video is the entry level XE trim that does not get any feature at all. starting with the front, it has that glossy black grille at the front with projector type headlamps and LED DRLs as standard across the range. DRLs are not dual function one like in the higher trims. turn indicators are placed next to the place where we normally find the fog lamp.Fog lamp is missing as this is the base XE trim, but fog lamps are available as a genuine accessory from Tata itself.
Coming to the side, XE trim gets 16 inch steel rims, one can opt for alloys from Tata Motors as an accessory for Rs 39,000. The ORVMs get a chrome garnish, there are chrome inserts on the door handle and the door visor is also available as an accessory. chrome on the ORVM costs around Rs 1,631 and the door handle and visor cost Rs 1,442 and Rs 3,000 respectively. Roof rails are also available as an accessory at Rs 6,284.
Moving inside, both the front doors get an illuminated scuff plate as an accessory to protect the body from scratches and to add up to the look of the car at night. The scuff plate is priced at Rs 2,322 for a pair. Tata also offers floor mats at Rs 1,676 for Nexon specifically. Other accessory that Tata offers is a variety of options for the seat cover. The black and silver dual tone one in the video has a price tag of Rs 7,800.
Some of the accessories are yet not available for the new Nexon because of the minor changes it had received. Tata Nexon continues to get the 1.2 litre turbo petrol engine and a 1.5 litre turbo diesel engine which are now BS6 compliant. Nexon competes with cars like Mahindra XUV300, Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue in the segment.
