Tata Punch Signs As A Principal Sponsor With FC Goa

As the football fever in the nation is growing day by day, we are seeing more brands joining their hands with the Indian Super League teams. Recently Tata Motors has announced that their newly launched micro SUV Punch has signed as the principal sponsor with FC Goa for the 2021-2022 season of the Hero Indian Super League. Moreover, Tata PUNCH will also be supporting FC Goa’s foundation – Forca Goa Foundation for their baby league – Little Gaurs League.

During this tie-up, the Tata Punch logo will be integrated with FC Goa’s branding. The jerseys of FC Goa’s first team as well as the development team will adorn the Tata Punch logo on the back. Additionally, Tata Punch will be featured across the most engaging social media content of the FC Goa team as well. FC Goa will also be doing some activities for the local fans of football and the club that visit Goa from the entire nation.

FC Goa is a Goa-based Indian professional football team that participates in the Indian Super League. Goan Football Club Pvt. Ltd., which was founded on August 26, 2014, is the club’s owner.
Arthur Antunes Coimbra (Zico), a legendary Brazilian player, was the club’s manager for the first three seasons of the Indian Super League. Sergio Lobera, a former Barcelona C coach, has been in charge of the squad since the fourth edition.

In three of its four seasons, the club has reached the semi-finals and finals, making it one of the league’s success stories. Powering this tiny SUV is the same engine as is its sibling Altroz, a 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated Revotron petrol engine that churns out a healthy 86 PS and 113 Nm torque. Paired with a 5-speed manual and AMT options. Claimed fuel efficiency is 18.97kmpl and 18.82kmpl for the MT and AMT, respectively.
