Blacked out headlamp units too are on the cards for the Tiago JTP.
The Tiago JTP and the Tigor JTP both will be powered by the same 1.2-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine that powers the Nexon. However, the engine will be re-tuned to churn out a maximum power of over of 110 Bhp @ 5,000 rpm and 150 Nm of torque @ 2,000-4,000 rpm. Like a true blue hot cars the Tiago and Tigor JTP will sport a manual transmission only, which will be a custom tuned 5-speed unit.
There are a few affordable performance car option out there like the Baleno RS and Polo GT but this duo will be the most affordable and worked upon performance vehicles yet. It is expected that Tata will bring in both the cars as a single, fully equipped variant. With the pricing and availability done right, expect Tata dealerships to get busy this festive season.
