Tata Motors had launched the facelifted version of their entry level hatchback Tiago in the market last year. Along with facelift, the engine on this model was updated to meet the new BS6 emission norms. Tiago is currently one of the most popular hatchback in the market and it competes with cars like Maruti Celerio, Maruti S-Presso and Renault Kwid in the segment. An year after Tata has launched the facelifted version of Tiago, the manufacturer has now introduced a Limited Edition version of the hatchback in the market. How does the new car look and what all features does this version offer? Here we have a video that explains it in detail.
The video has been uploaded by Power On Wheel on their YouTube channel. The Limited Edition Tiago is actually based on the XT trim and is priced at Rs 5.79 lakh, ex-showroom. In comparison to the regular XT version of Tiago, the Limited Edition offers more features. The price of the Limited Edition version is Rs 29,000 more than the regular version. The video starts by showing the exterior of the hatchback.

There are no visual changes on the car front outside. It gets gloss black tri-arrow design on the grille with chrome underline. The Tata logo on the center of the grille has been retained. As this is the XT trims, it does not get fog lamps on the bumper. The white colour on Tiago looks extremely good especially with black garnishes at places.
Moving to the side, profile video shows the all black 14 inch alloy wheels on the Tiago. This was not available with the regular XT trim. The lower window line gets gloss black garnish and the spoiler at the rear also gets black inserts. The white Tiago with black alloy wheels give it a sporty look. The rear bumper remains the same as before with Tiago badge on the boot. Couple of parking sensors are also seen on the rear bumper.
Moving inside, the cabin remains unchanged. It gets the fabric seats with tri-arrow designs, dual tone dashboard and so on. The Limited Edition version of Tiago gets a company fitted five inch touchscreen infotainment screen with navigation and also supports voice commands. The other additional feature that it gets over regular XT version is a parcel tray. The spare wheel on the Tiago is a 13 inch steel rim. These were the features that the Limited Edition version offers over the regular XT trim.
As mentioned above, Tiago is the entry level model from Tata Motors. Just like any other Tata car, Tiago is also famous among buyers for its build quality. Recently, a Tiago owner had crashed his car at around a speed of 100 kmph. The car had completely got off the road and rolled over several times. The accident had completely damaged the car but, none of the passengers in the car were seriously injured. He was so impressed with the car that he actually bought another Tiago. It is also one of the good looking car in this segment. Tiago is available with a 1.2 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine only. The engine generates 86 Ps and 113 Nm of torque. It is available with a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT gearbox.
