Tata even launched a high-performance JTP version of the Tiago earlier this year, which comes with a more powerful petrol engine. The Tiago JTP is the most affordable hot hatchback you can buy in the market and it is powered by a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine from the Nexon.
However, it develops more power than the Nexon’s unit. The Tiago JTP produces a maximum of 114 Bhp of power and 150 Nm of torque. It gets the 5-speed manual transmission but the gear ratios have been altered to give it a very sporty feel. Tata has also updated the suspension and has given it a body kit.
