World over, the Toyota Camry is a really popular car that has been among the best-selling sedans in many international markets. Even in India, the Camry is regarded as a really upmarket and luxurious sedan. Thanks to its large dimensions and a modern design, it looks quite stately and is even a decent alternative to the entry-level German saloons. While it’s really tough to find a fault with this sedan, it’s definitely not for someone who’s in the market for a sporty-looking model. Well, not anymore. The good folks at 360 Motoring have come up with a modified version of the Camry that looks really sporty and desirable.
This modified car is based on the last-generation Camry. It gets a custom high-gloss metallic red paint shade and several styling updates that make the sedan look very sporty. At the front-end, you get a new bumper and a new grille. The custom bumper carries a Lexus-like design for the air dam and the grille. Also, it has sporty looking air vents and large fog lamp enclosures. The bumper also gets a diffuser to add to the sporty touch.
In the side profile, this modified Toyota Camry gets sporty side skirts and a set of custom multi-spoke alloy wheels. The new wheels are shod with low-profile rubber, which further enhances the sporty look of the exterior. Furthermore, the brake callipers have been painted red. Also, the Outside Rear View Mirrors (ORVMs) have been painted black. Even the roof has been painted black. Also, the windows have been given a black tint.
At the rear, the stock bumper has been replaced with a custom unit. Akin to the front bumper, the one at the rear looks very sporty and has faux air vents. Also, the lower portion of the bumper has a black paint scheme. Moreover, this car gets a quad tailpipe setup. Also, the Toyota badge at the rear has been given a black paint finish. All other badges have been removed. Details of the performance modifications aren’t available at the moment. However, we can’t stop marvelling at how a conservatively styled premium sedan has been transformed into something really sporty.
