Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. has launched the new Toyota Corolla Altis Sport Limited Edition in India.
The company plans to roll out only 300 units of the sedan.
The new Corolla Altis Sport comes in two colors, metallic silver and metallic grey.
It gets new headlamp trims, rear bumper spoiler, aerodynamic front spoiler, new sport badge, sleek side skirts, and exclusive owner codes.
The interior of the Limited Edition Corolla Altis Sport comes with a wood grain finish and has a curvy centre console design edged with silver
Other features include auto AC, audio controls on steering wheels, cruise control, power windows and door locks, rear sunshade, flat rear floor, and storage compartments in the front and rear.
The Limited Edition Corolla Altis Sport is powered with an 1ZZ-FE, VVT-i, gasoline, 4 cylinder inline engine that delivers 132 PS@6000 rpm and torque of 170 Nm @ 4200 rpm.
Safety features include ABS with EBD, Airbags for driver and passenger, and front fog lamps.
The sedan will come with accessories such as leg room lamp, illuminated scuff plate, rear reading light, leather seat covers for front and rear, wooden shift knob, car cushion, cargo net, fabric floor mat, and trunk mat.
The new Corolla Altis Sport will be available at all Toyota dealeships at a price of Rs 11.35 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Meanwhile, Toyota Kirloskar will also launch the Toyota Corolla Altis with the company fitted CNG kit, in India, in October 2009, in time for the holiday season.
