Toyota Innova Crysta is one of the most popular MPVs in India. It has been in the market for a very long time but, the popularity of the MPV does not seem to diminish. It is popular among buyers for its reliability, comfort and low cost of maintenance. There are several examples of customised Toyota Innova Crysta in the country and some of them have been featured on our website as well. Here we have a video where Toyota Innova Crysta has been modified into a GT edition.
The video has been uploaded by Rohit Mehta Sai Auto Accessories on their YouTube channel. The vlogger starts with the exterior modifications first. This is a lower variant Innova Crysta which means, the MPV does not get projector headlamps. The car now gets aftermarket dual projector units. with LED DRL rings around it. A set of matrix styled dual function LED DRL has also been installed.

The car gets all fog lamps and the stock turn indicators are also LEDs. The other major modification on this Toyota Innova Crysta is the grille. Stock grille on the Innova Crysta has been replaced with an all-black Lexus like aftermarket unit. Lower part of the bumper gets a diffuser with red accents in it. There is a Red strip that starts from the bonnet and runs to the rear of the car.
There are GT Edition stickers and the lower part of the door also gets red accents with black beading. Rain visors, lower window chrome garnishes are all installed on it. Moving to the rear, the original tail lamps have been replaced with an all LED aftermarket unit. The car gets LED light bars running between the tail lamps and there are aftermarket chrome accessories on the tailgate.
Just like at the front, GT edition diffuser has been installed on the rear bumper as well. The bumper also has LED reflector lamps installed on it. Moving in, the cabin has been completely customised. The car gets GT edition inspired interiors. There dashboard on this Innova Crysta has been completely wrapped in tan or rust coloured leather material. The plastic portion below it gets a Piano black or gloss black finish to it.
The car gets other customisations like leather wrapped door panels and the plastic trims on the door are finished in gloss black or wooden finish. Other than this, the car gets rust coloured custom made seat covers, ambient lights, aftermarket touchscreen infotainment system as well. Overall, the lower G variant of the Innova Crysta was now looking a lot more premium. The steering wheel on this MPV was also replaced with a unit seen on top-end variant.
Toyota Innova Crysta is available with two engine options. There is a petrol and a diesel engine on offer. The petrol version is powered by a 2.7 litre engine. This engine generates 163 Bhp and 245 Nm of peak torque. The diesel version of the MPV is powered by a 2.4 litre engine that generates 148 Bhp and 343 Nm of torque. Both petrol and diesel engine options are available with manual and automatic transmissions.
