TVS Motor Company has set the stage for excitement by teasing a new mystery motorcycle on its social media platform through an intriguing video. While the teaser video doesn’t divulge all the details, keen-eyed enthusiasts are already speculating that it might be the highly anticipated Apache RTR 310, poised to make a bold entry as a naked streetfighter version of the fully faired TVS Apache RR 310. If these speculations hold true, this unveiling could mark a significant milestone for the homegrown two-wheeler brand in the Indian premium motorcycle market. Bookings are already open at TVS dealerships, and here’s the teaser video of the upcoming bike.
In the teaser video, the focus is on certain key design elements. A distinct split-seat layout, a sleek and narrow tail section, and a stepped-up pillion seat are subtly showcased. These glimpses have ignited anticipation among bike enthusiasts who have eagerly been awaiting the arrival of the TVS Apache RTR 310. The TVS Apache RTR 310 is not just any ordinary release; it has been generating substantial buzz in the Indian motorcycle scene.

The global debut of this eagerly awaited model is scheduled for an event in Thailand on September 6, 2023. What makes this launch even more intriguing is the fact that the motorcycle will coexist with its fully-faired sibling, the TVS Apache RR 310. The two share the same chassis and several critical components with the BMW Motorrad G 310 RR, making this release all the more exciting.
While many specifics are yet to be officially revealed, it’s expected that the TVS Apache RTR 310 will share its chassis with the Apache RR 310. However, significant design distinctions are anticipated, presenting a raw and aggressive naked streetfighter appearance by shedding the fairings seen on the RR 310. Enthusiasts can look forward to a more sharply sculpted front cowl with a distinctive headlamp panel, muscular fuel tank contours, a cutting-edge fully digital instrument cluster, and an efficient LED lighting system. The motorcycle is also likely to feature premium hardware, including USD front forks, a rear monoshock, responsive disc brakes both at the front and rear, and a reliable dual-channel ABS system.
The upcoming TVS Apache RTR 310 is anticipated to house the same 313 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled reverse-inclined engine found in the Apache RR 310. This powerhouse is known to deliver an impressive 33 bhp of peak power and a peak torque of 27.3 Nm. However, there could be slight tweaks to the engine to offer a unique performance experience in comparison to its fully-faired counterpart. As for the expected price, sources suggest that the TVS Apache RTR 310 might come with a price tag of approximately Rs. 2.6 lakh, making it an exciting contender in the premium motorcycle segment. Motorcycle enthusiasts and TVS loyalists alike eagerly await the official launch to get a closer look at this thrilling addition to the TVS line up.
