The South Korean automaker, Hyundai Motor India, recently launched the newest iteration of its highly popular mid-size SUV, the Verna, in India. The model received a polarizing response even before its launch, with some people loving its new sedan design while others absolutely obliterated its futuristic front-end design. Nonetheless, the car managed to garner a lot of interest and buyers in the country. Currently, the waiting period for the new Verna is around two months, but if you are someone who wants the car immediately, do not worry. A few examples have already reached the used car market.
The first car in the used market is a top-of-the-line SX variant of the Verna’s naturally aspirated lineup. This particular car is finished in the classy shade of Abyss Black and has been priced at Rs 15.10 lakh. The car is located in Sector 61, Mohali, Punjab. According to the listing, the model has only done 2300 km. From the pictures, the car seems to be in brand new condition, and the description also mentions that the car is scratchless.

This particular car is powered by the 1.5 L naturally aspirated engine, which produces a maximum of 113 bhp and 143 Nm of torque. The seller has also mentioned that this car is equipped with an automatic transmission. At the moment, the on-road price of the brand new Verna SX automatic is around Rs 16.45 lakh, and this one is listed for quite a lot less than that, so it makes sense for someone looking to save a good amount and get the car immediately.
There is another example for sale in the country, and this one is also finished in the same shade of Abyss Black. This particular car has even less mileage on the odometer, having done only 900 km, as reported by the listing. According to the listing, the car is located in Karakuram, Leh, and has been listed for Rs 14.80 lakh. From the pictures, we can note that this car is also in mint condition.
Like the one previously listed, this one is also equipped with the same 1.5 L naturally aspirated engine, which produces a maximum of 113 bhp and 143 Nm of torque. However, unlike the previous car, this one is equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission. Currently, the on-road price of this particular model in Delhi is around Rs 15.01 lakh.
At the moment, there are no Turbo variants of the new Verna on sale in the used car market, but we believe that there should be a few coming up in the upcoming weeks. The more powerful 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine generates a maximum power of 160 PS and gets both 6-speed manual and a 7-speed automatic DCT. 0-100 Kph for the turbo petrol variant is rated at 8.1 seconds, making the all-new Verna the quickest car in its segment.
