Toyota Innova with DC modified lounge available for sale

Toyota Innova is without any doubt one of the most popular MPVs in Indian market. It was introduced as a replacement for Qualis and it became popular among buyers. It is known for its comfortable ride, reliability and low cost of maintenance. Innova was discontinued and currently we have much more premium Innova Crysta in the market. The older generation Toyota Innova is still in demand and one of the common type of modification that we saw in the Innova is getting the cabin modified from DC. The rear cabin is modified into a luxury lounge with several features. Here we have one such DC modified Innova MPV that is available for sale.

The video has been uploaded by Baba Luxury Car on their YouTube channel. Vlogger starts by talking about the condition of the car and then shows all the modifications that are done to it. On the outside, the grey coloured Toyota Innova looks in decent condition. The SUV is in good condition but, it has minor scratches on bumpers and other places.

As this is the DC modified version, the lower bumper on the Innova has been slightly customised. It retains original steel rims, headlamps and tail lamps. DC has only modified the interiors of this Innova. Moving in, the driver seat and the co-passenger seat gets tan coloured leather upholstery. The door pads at the front also gets tan coloured padding. The switches for controlling the windows and ORVMs are retained. An aftermarket screen has been installed to show feed from the rear parking camera.

As this is a DC modified Innova, there is a partition between front and rear seats. The 7-seater MPV is converted into a 4-seater. The door trims have been completely modified and they now come with gloss finished wooden inserts with chrome inserts. The buttons for controlling almost everything at the rear is placed on door. The original seats have been replaced for seats that can be reclined electronically. There are features like ambient lights, roof mounted lights and air vents, LED television, premium speaker system, foldable tray table, refrigerator and so on.

Overall, the interiors on this DC modified Innova MPV looks great. As the third row seats are not available in this MPV anymore, the Innova now offers large amount of boot space. Overall condition of the exterior and the interiors on this MPV looks satisfactory but, if anyone is interested in buying such a vehicle. We would recommend having a closer look at the vehicle and getting it inspected at a dealership or a workshop.

Coming to the details, this is a 2012 model Toyota Innova G model. This is powered by a 2.5 litre diesel engine that generates 100 bhp and 200 Nm of peak torque. The MPV is paired with a manual gearbox. The Toyota Innova seen here has done over 1.10 lakh kms on odometer. For a Toyota Innova, these figures are nothing as they are known for being highly reliable. The car is registered in Delhi and asking price for this DC modified Innova is Rs 8.45 lakh.
