It appears that Volkswagen is working on a refreshed version of the Polo hatchback, a test mules of which was spotted in Mumbai recently. Like the Vento showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo, the Polo facelift will also get minor changes on the outside, reports Motorbeam.
The headlamps now get LED DRLs while the taillamps get LED units as well. Apart from the two, there are no changes spotted on the test vehicle.
As reported earlier, the 1.5-liter diesel unit will be a tad more powerful, thanks to a larger (and locally sourced) turbocharger. The other engines are likely to remain unchanged, though.
