Kia Sonet HTK+ in white colour spied in dealership [Video]

White is the favourite colour of the Indian car buyers and any car launching in the country has to be offered in an unadulterated white shade. While the launch of the Kia Sonet is only three days away, the manufacturer has already started dispatching the vehicles to the dealerships and the deliveries will begin soon after the price announcement of the vehicle. The white shade of Kia Sonet remained unseen till now even though there are many videos of the car on the social media platforms. Here is the first video of the Sonet in white colour.

The video by Tushar Dhingra shows the white coloured Kia Sonet parked at a stockyard of a dealership. This is the HTK+ trim, which will be the mid-level trim of the Tech Line group. Since it will be cheaper than the top-end HTX+ and the higher-end GTX+ trims, the HTK+ offers limited features.

As shown in the video, the HTK+ will not offer LED tail lamps but it will get the split lamps with a reflector connecting both of them. Down below, it also gets the faux exhaust tips that make it much brutish and muscular looking compared to the other cars in the segment. The door handles are body coloured so the white car gets white coloured door-handles with dual-tone ORVMs. Only the higher-end versions will get chrome handles.

At the front, it gets black tiger-nose grille with chrome surrounds. The headlamps are regular halogen lamps and there is no DRL too. However, it does get the projector fog lamps with more chrome around it. The HTK+ variant also will not offer factory-installed dual-tone or diamond-cut alloy wheels but regular alloys are available. Also, roof rails are present even with this trim level.

The cabin will get a few changes as well. Unlike the top-end HTX+ that gets dual-tone cabin, the lower-end versions will get single-tone all-black cabin with a smaller infotainment system. The infotainment system gets physical buttons too.

The all-new Kia Sonet has become one of the most-awaited cars in the segment and there were more than 6,500 bookings received on the first day of official bookings. The car is expected to come with a long waiting period. Kia is expected to price the Sonet quite aggressively in the market to attract the customers.

The top-end, fully-loaded version of the Sonet comes with numerous segment-first features like front ventilated seats, virus-protection air purifier, electrically controlled sunroof, 10.25-inch touchscreen with remote features, front parking sensors, Bose speaker system, dancing ambient lights and a few others.
