Wrapped Maruti Suzuki Dzire with 17-inch alloys looks gorgeous in blue

Kerala is a land that is famous not only for its beautiful beaches and lush green valleys and hills but also for the immense craze for modified vehicles. The auto enthusiasts of Kerala are known for coming up with the kind of car modification works they carry out for their cars and SUVs. While some are tastefully done, some just appear wacky and too outrageous. Here’s a third-generation Maruti Suzuki Dzire, which might just be the coolest looking Dzire in India.

The details of this modified pre-facelift third-generation Dzire are fetched from the Instagram account of Kerala-based Robinson Kalloor Jacob, who happens to be an auto enthusiast. In his Instagram account, we can see some pictures and videos of his heavily-modified Dzire, which is an attention magnet due to the number of extensive modifications it has gone through.

The Maruti Suzuki Dzire of Jacob is finished in a custom shade of blue and appears to be the top-spec ZXI+ variant of the compact sedan. This Dzire has a custom-designed front end, with the aggressive-looking front grille and fog lamp housings looking similar to the front end of the global-spec Swift RS. Apart from the LED projector headlamps and daytime running LEDs, this Dzire also comes with LED fog lamps and a black-coloured front splitter below the front bumper.

This modified Dzire also features bigger 17-inch multi-spoke white-coloured alloy wheels with lower-profile tyres. In addition to these, the sedan also gets body-coloured side skirts below the door panels. All these updates do give a lowered stance to the Dzire, thus making it look even sportier. At the back, the car features a smoked effect for the tail lamps with LED inserts, a gloss black finish for the aftermarket shark fin antenna and boot lid garnish and a custom rear bumper with faux exhaust ports.

Coming to the interior of this heavily-modified Maruti Suzuki Dzire, the car ditches the dual-tone black and beige upholstery and comes with a customized interior job. The dashboard and door panels get an all-black treatment, with contrast blue highlights around the centre console, transmission lever, steering wheel and door panels.

The door panels also feature a faux carbon fibre and soft-touch tan-coloured upholstery touches. The seats are also finished in a theme of tan-coloured artificial leather. While the car retains the stock 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, it gets an upgraded music system with better sounding tweeters.

In his Instagram account of Jacob, it is not revealed whether this Dzire has got any performance or suspension upgrades. This version of Dzire owned by Jacob is the pre-facelifted version of the third-generation model, which has a 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated 83 PS petrol engine paired to a 5-speed AMT gearbox.
