Mahindra will soon launch the all-new XUV700 in the Indian market and the manufacturer has already started releasing teaser videos of the upcoming vehicle. For a long time, Mahindra has been testing the upcoming XUV700. As we get closer to the launch date of the all-new product, the spy images give an idea of what the final production version will look like. Here is the latest set of pictures of the XUV700.
The new pictures by PowerDrift show the camouflaged Mahindra XUV700. The all-new Mahindra XUV700 looks bold and is much bigger than the XUV500 in real life. Mahindra has always been generous with the features and we do not see a reason why the all-new XUV700 will be any different. Mahindra has released teaser videos of the XUV700 and they show segment-first features.

Mahindra released the first teaser of XUV700 revealing the booster headlamp set-up. The system automatically illuminates the road in a better way when it detects that the lights are not ample for the roads ahead. In the second teaser video, Mahindra revealed the panoramic sunroof system of the upcoming vehicle. The all-new XUV700 will come with the biggest panoramic sunroof in the segment.
The design of the all-new XUV700 also looks brute. It gets C-shaped LED headlamps at the front. The lamps extend to the bumper of the vehicle, which adds a sporty and modern touch.
Mahindra is yet to reveal the vehicle officially. However, a few other features that we could gather from the spy pictures include flush door handles like we get to see on the Range Rover Velar. Even the cabin will come with a range of high-end features like a double-screen infotainment and instrument cluster set-up.
Most powerful car in the segment
Mahindra will offer both petrol and diesel engine options with the all-new XUV700. The petrol variants will come with the 2.0-litre mStallion turbocharged petrol engine while the diesel variants will get the 2.0-litre mHawk diesel engine.
The 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine will be the most powerful in the segment and it will generate about 200 Bhp of maximum power. The diesel engine will generate a maximum of about 185 Bhp. Mahindra will offer both manual and automatic transmission options with both engine options.
Mahindra is yet to confirm the other features like the AWD system at the moment. However, the higher-end variants will most likely offer the AWD system that will make it more capable, especially on the light off-roading trails.
Mahindra is also working on various upcoming models apart from the Scorpio. The brand will also launch the all-new Scorpio in the coming months. The all-new XUV700 is likely to be launched by September or October of this year.
