Amitabh Bachchan’s new Range Rover LWB worth Rs 3.5 crore seen at his Mumbai residence [Video]

Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has got home the new Land Rover Range Rover. He was spotted in his new car on his birthday. Bachchan already owned a Range Rover and seems to have upgraded to the new, updated model.

The veteran actor was spotted with his new Land Rover Range Rover Long Wheelbase after celebrating his birthday with his fans. He was greeted by various fans on his 81st birthday and even danced a bit before leaving his house. He was using his brand-new Land Rover Range Rover finished in Fuji White just like the previous-generation Range Rover he owned.

Amitabh Bachchan mostly the previous-generation Range Rover to move around the city and reach events.  It is highly likely that he has replaced the previous model with the new one. It is the Long Wheelbase variant, which gets a big fat price tag of Rs 3.5 crore, ex-showroom and close to Rs 4 crore, on-road in Mumbai.

It is equipped with a 4.4L P530 engine that produces 434 bhp at 5500 rpm and 700 Nm at 1500 rpm of torque. This variant of the Range Rover comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

While it retains the same super-luxurious ambiance, the new cabin is the most feature-loaded cabin ever in a Range Rover. The car comes with a 35-speaker sound system from Meridian. It also features active noise cancellation that works to cancel out the noise of wheel vibrations, engine noise, tire noise, road noise, and other ambient noises by creating an opposite wave of sound.

The all-new Range Rover also comes with a floating-type, all-digital infotainment system. It is a massive 13.1-inch infotainment screen that displays all the information from the vehicle. The car also includes a Head-Up Display, multi-zone climate control, a four-spoke steering wheel, and a rear-seat entertainment system.

The headlamps have projector LED lights and integrated LED DRLs. The bumper has also been redesigned and now has a premium appearance. Moving to the side profile, you’ll notice that the SUV retains its iconic silhouette. The door handles have been updated and now feature flush-fitting door handles similar to those on the Range Rover Velar.

The all-new Land Rover Range Rover maintains a sophisticated look while retaining the same silhouette as the last model. However, it has a distinct and modern appearance that sets it apart from previous versions.

Bachchan loves high-end cars and owns several expensive ones including the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Lexus LX570 and others. He even owned a Rolls Royce for a while.
